The role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial Team. This team is responsible for managing relationships with clients and maintaining revenue, driving growth in revenue and product adoption.

If your application is successful you will spend your time: 

  • Managing client accounts both proactively and reactively 
  • Attending meetings with clients either virtually or face-to-face to promote new product features or to carry account reviews 
  • Providing support to our clients during onboarding including arranging training with our training team
  • Proactively supporting clients throughout the initial few months after onboarding to ensure their teams are fully engaged with the platform
  • Selling additional products to our current clients inline with their business needs
  • Compiling monthly client reports using data from our platform, looking out for opportunities to upsell or for early warning signs of disengagement
  • Developing positive relationships with key decision-makers within the client’s organisation 
  • Being the voice of the client within Riskhub, and reporting back to the business with their feedback
  • Working closely with the Product and Marketing and Communications teams and attending events when required 
  • Learning Riskhub’s product offerings inside and out to ensure that you can support your accounts in their Riskhub journey supported by our customer support team
  • Working to achieve the company’s strategic goals 

You should apply if you: 

  • Already have experience in managing key accounts and are looking for an opportunity to truly become a partner to a business solving a very complex problem
  • Have proven experience in managing accounts in a strategic way, really understanding and supporting the business from within

The role

We are looking for a TechOps Generalist to join our technology team. This team is responsible for all office infrastructure, devices, and cloud infrastructure used by our people.

You would be our first TechOps hire, we need to build out an automated device and cloud management solution and devise the processes to support our people. Our devices are a mixture of MacOS, Windows and Android and we run on nearly 100% cloud infrastructure including Google Workspace, Slack, Github and many more.

  • If your application is successful you will spend your time solving problems our people both in the office and in the field experience problems with their devices, or investigating and fixing underlying problems
  • Building new devices as we hire and onboarding people to our tooling
  • Managing Google Workspace and other SaaS software.
  • Implementing and managing MDM across all our devices
  • Working with ourDevOps engineer to implement SSO and other security improvements 
  • Working with our users to understand what you can change to improve their quality of life 

You should apply if you are:

    • Hard on problems and not people; technology can be frustrating and we’re here to help our team navigate their way through it
    • Are experienced at troubleshooting MacOS, Windows and Android
      understand device security
    • Can create devices images and build from them
    • Have used MDM software before and are comfortable configuring it
    • Understand emails and spam protection including DKIM/DMARC etc.
    • Have implemented VPNs, IdPs or other identity and security systems
    • Are focused on never doing the same thing twice

It would be nice if you:

  • Have experience with a programming language such as Python or node
  • Have experience with Terraform

The role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with an aptitude for working with others to join our cross-functional development team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining our mobile and web applications. We use Laravel, Vue and MySQL in AWS along with Flutter for our mobile apps.

If your application is successful you will spend your time

  • Defining test criteria and deciding the best way to test a particular feature.
  • Creating, and executing tests cases.
  • Building automated test suites/rigs.
  • Identifying defects and verifying fixes.
  • Promoting a culture of quality amongst the team.

You should apply if you are:

  • Are unreasonably sceptical.
  • Have prior experience testing REST APIs and UIs within an automation testing framework.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Selenium and Postman.
  • Are a confident writing code, preferably knowing PHP or JavaScript.
  • Are confident analysing requirements and designing test cases.
  • Have a good understanding of testing techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning etc.

The role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with an aptitude for working with others to join our cross-functional development team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining our mobile and web applications. We use Laravel, Vue and MySQL in AWS along with Flutter for our mobile apps.

Asset Service Team Member

The role

The Asset Team are looking for an Operative to join our growing, nationwide team.

Asset tagging is of huge importance to local authorities and housing associations who have large residential property portfolios, with each asset (in this case, doors) needing to be identified, photographed, tagged with a QR code and recorded in our purpose-built software, Riskhub.

If your application is successful, you will be fully trained, and will spend your time:

  • travelling to residential properties of varying types, and tagging their ‘assets’; in the first instance this will mean all doors in a building 
  • working to regular deadlines and communicating your progress to the Operations team
  • using the Riskhub software platform and mobile application to record evidence of the assets you’ve identified
  • managing your own workload, property lists and travel to site-based jobs

You will receive ongoing CPD training and will become part of an engaged team from all over the country that meets for regular training sessions and shares learnings and experiences through an online forum.

  • have experience working in a range of different built environments
